I was an incredibly a shy kid, but I’ve always known how to spin a good yarn. My father was a minister who loved the spotlight (er, pulpit), so maybe it’s genetic.

I am an energetic and entertaining speaker who easily resonates with audiences of:

• MBA and undergraduate students

• Writers and editors

I share my stories of successes and failures with equal measures of vulnerability and humor.

I love inspiring women, especially, to reach new heights in their careers by standing on their own stories, finding a sense of belonging within themselves, and acknowledging what’s true about themselves, not what they’ve been told.
